This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard information when you download, install, register for, access, or use our mobile application, website, matching tools, scans, alerts, subscriptions, and related services.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of the Service. By using Benefithub, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.
Who We Are

For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt Ltd is the entity responsible for the personal information processed through the Service. You can reach us using the details in Section 26.
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with the Benefithub mobile application, website, and supporting systems. It does not apply to:
- third-party websites, applications, government portals, claims administrators, or services that we link to or that you choose to use;
- information you provide directly to those third parties; or
- the independent privacy practices of app stores, payment processors, or providers you interact with outside the Service.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party before sharing information with them.

Depending on the features you use, you may choose to provide us with:
- Identity details: full legal name, previous names, and date of birth;
- Contact details: email address and phone number;
- Location details: current address, postal or ZIP code, state, and previous states of residence;
- Household & eligibility details: household size, dependent information, income range, employment status, and housing status;
- Eligibility indicators: veteran, disability, student, business-ownership, or similar status you choose to provide;

Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:
- device identifiers, device model, operating system, and language settings;
- app activity, in-app interactions, feature usage, and diagnostic data;
- usage analytics and performance information used to maintain reliability and improve the Service; and
- approximate technical information such as time zone or general region, where available.
Some of this information is collected through analytics and infrastructure tools described in Section 13. On supported devices, certain collection may depend on the permissions and tracking choices you make.
Information From Third-Party and Public Sources
To identify possible matches, Benefithub may compare the information you provide with public records, government websites, commercial databases, data providers, partner feeds, APIs, program websites, claims administrators, research listings, recall sources, and other third-party materials.
We do not control all outside sources and do not guarantee that their information is accurate, current, complete, or continuously available. Information drawn from these sources is used to generate informational results and is not an official determination of eligibility.
Sensitive Information
Certain optional features may invite you to provide information that could be considered sensitive — such as details relating to medications, health interests, disability status, finances, or household circumstances. Providing this information is your choice, and you should provide only what you are comfortable using for personalised matching.
Where you provide such information, we use it only for the purposes explained when it is collected, for related Service functions, for security and compliance, or as otherwise described in this Policy.
How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to:
- create, authenticate, and manage your account;
- run profile-based scans and matching functions;
- identify, rank, and personalise possible results;
- estimate potential values where sufficient information is available;
- provide alerts, reminders, updates, and customer support;
- administer subscriptions and paid access;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, or security threats;
- maintain system reliability and troubleshoot technical issues;
- analyse and improve features, relevance, performance, and usability;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms; and
- create aggregated or de-identified analytics that do not directly identify you.
AI and Automated Matching
Benefithub uses automated processing and artificial-intelligence services to compare your profile against opportunity criteria and to organise, rank, and summarise possible matches. To deliver this functionality, relevant profile information may be processed by trusted third-party AI providers acting as our service providers, solely to perform the matching on our behalf.
- AI processing is used to generate informational matches and summaries, not to make final eligibility, approval, or payment decisions.
- Final decisions about any benefit, claim, settlement, refund, study, or opportunity are made solely by the relevant government agency, administrator, institution, provider, or other responsible third party.
- AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You should independently verify any opportunity with the official provider before applying or taking action.
We take reasonable steps to limit the information shared with AI providers to what is needed for the matching function, and to ensure that such providers process it under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Legal Bases for Processing
Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you request, including account creation, scans, and matching;
- Your consent — for optional or sensitive information, certain communications, and tracking where consent is required;
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Service, prevent fraud, and understand how features are used; and
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal profile data to advertisers or unrelated third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers who support hosting, storage, analytics, notifications, authentication, customer support, security, subscriptions, payment processing, AI matching, and technical operations (see Section 12);
- Legal and safety purposes, where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our Terms;
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of business assets, subject to this Policy; and
- With your direction, when you choose to follow a link or proceed to a third-party provider.
Service Providers and Processors
We use trusted service providers to help operate the Service. These providers may process information only as required to perform contracted services and subject to applicable agreements and safeguards. They are not permitted to use your personal information for their own independent purposes.
Categories of providers include cloud hosting and storage, analytics, push-notification delivery, authentication, customer-support tooling, security and fraud prevention, AI matching, and subscription or payment processing.
Advertising and Analytics
We use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve features, relevance, and performance. These tools may collect usage and device information as described in Section 5.
On Apple devices, certain tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies requires your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. Where such a prompt is shown, you may allow or decline tracking, and you can change your choice at any time in your device settings. We do not claim that advertisers or unrelated third parties may freely access your private profile data.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our website and certain in-app components may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, or similar technologies to enable core functionality, remember preferences, maintain sessions, support security, and measure usage.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage app-level permissions through your device settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect how parts of the Service function.
Subscriptions, Purchases, and Payment Data
Certain scans, results, alerts, claim details, or ongoing features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable payment, subscription, and account terms.
We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card details. We may receive subscription status, purchase records, and billing-related identifiers from the app store or payment processor in order to provide paid access and support. Please review Apple's privacy practices for information on how Apple handles payment data.
Notifications and Communications
If you enable notifications or provide contact details, we may send scan updates, possible-match alerts, security notices, service announcements, subscription information, and support communications.
You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your device settings, app settings, or by following the unsubscribe instructions in a message. We may still send essential service or security communications related to your account.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect security, and enforce our agreements.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted backups, disaster-recovery systems, system logs, fraud-prevention records, or legally required archives. Backup copies are not ordinarily restored for active use except where necessary for system recovery, security, or legal compliance, and are deleted or overwritten according to applicable retention schedules.
Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Benefithub account through the in-app account deletion function or by contacting us using the details in Section 26. When a valid deletion request is completed:
- your account will be deactivated or removed;
- your personal profile and related data will be deleted from active production systems within a commercially reasonable period;
- saved matches, scan history, preferences, and account access may be permanently lost;
- active subscriptions must still be cancelled through the platform where they were purchased, unless that platform automatically cancels them; and
- certain records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, security monitoring, restricted staff access, and secure hosting practices.
No mobile app, website, storage system, network, or transmission method is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security or that unauthorised third parties will never defeat our safeguards.
International Data Transfers
Benefithub is operated from India, and your information may be processed and stored in India or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence.
Where required by applicable law, we take steps to ensure that international transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed as described in this Policy.
Children's Privacy
Benefithub is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 26 so that we can take appropriate action to delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your personal information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, eligibility rules, availability, security, or transactions of third parties. Your use of external services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, operational, security, or business changes. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised Policy within the app, on the website, or otherwise communicate it where required.
